One of my favorite recipes in our new cookbook is the Pine-Ana Smoothie. This recipe is super simple, but very tasty. I like the texture of the small bits of pineapple and banana. The protein powder makes it filling. If you love smoothies, this recipe tastes so decadent you won’t believe that this is actually good for you! (And you probably won’t even notice the little bit of spinach in your glass!)
